Circling back to last night's restaurant visit. I'm sure you receive your share of complaints. Thank you and kudos to Julia, Kayla, Reagan, Kamilla and Franklin. Our attendants (Kamilla and Reagan) were great, very professional and very attentive to needs of our party of ten. We asked for info on certain things and suggestions. Kamilla ended up being moved to a different section as it was a busy evening for Brasao. Reagan kept up with the attentiveness and redirection of the party's desired cook levels. Reagan provided additional insight into things and did a recap before leaving to ensure accuracy of the orders/items. My wife, everyone and I had a great time, enjoyed great food and dessert. So, I wanted to let management know of Reagan's professionalism, cheerful attitude and helpfulness in exceeding expectations regarding the level of quality and service. Thanks to Reagan for a wonderful evening. Our 8/17 Brasao excursion and experience was great. We had 8 couples experience it for the first time and they were amazed and raved about the salad bar and cuts of meat as well. You've gained some patrons. We did the lunch special and the quality of the food was great. Our waited felt kinda rushed and we didn't get the cheese bread, fried bananas and mashed potato until I asked for them even though it was part of the buffet. I understand if they don't want to waste food but at least they should let the guests know that those options are part of the buffet incase they are interested.

This became an instant favorite for us thinking of a Brazilian steakhouse go to. Service was top notch making the experience great and memorable. Second time with months span, we ended up with the same server we had before and he remembered us and asked about our baby we had the first time. Atmosphere is great, gives a low dim lighting, and fine dining experience. Majority seems more open spacing, but they do have more private sections. Food was great, and pineapple is a must! We tried everything and they even recommended a special rice they can make which was really good along with the extras the start you off with. Highly recommend and tell others to go too

Still 5 stars! On this (our second) visit, we were celebrating my Mom's 74th Birthday. We were acknowledged and greeted by Julia with a smile at the entrance. We told her we had an 11AM Reservation and she showed us to our table. The dimly lit ambiance is perfect for a restaurant of this caliber. The aesthetic elements lend a charming vibe and a beautiful energy to the elegant dining space. From the colorful, wide variety of items at the Salad Bar to the scrumptious sides including the Fried Plantains, Grilled Pineapple, Fried Polenta, Mashed Potatoes, & Pao de Queijo to the Gauchos going around serving various cuts of meat (Fraldinha and Garlic Picanha were most noteworthy), we thoroughly enjoyed the full experience and took our time. Not once during our meal did we feel rushed. Franklin remembered us from our first visit and started us off with sparkling water for the table. Adalia, Jean, and Mario were rockstars - provided kind, prompt, and attentive service and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. We paced ourselves this time around, so we wouldn't feel like we had overindulged by the time we left. Mom was comped a Birthday Dessert; she opted for the Strawberry Cheesecake. I ordered the Tres Leches Cake. Both were the perfect conclusion to our meal and simply divine - especially when paired with a sinfully decadent Carajillo handcrafted by Jean and Adalia. Worth every bite and to see the smile on my Mom's face for her special day. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. We will see you again soon!

I came here on Tuesday to check out their happy hour menu. The did not disappoint! The drinks and appetizers were excellent! The bartender, Courtlyn, was great! She made helpful recommendations which were spot on and she was very sweet. I was shocked to see so few patrons in here and it was relatively quiet. I definitely recommend trying out for Happy Hour. They have great specials.

Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse at Shops of Legacy in Plano is an absolute, absolute place for a special dining experience. ! Having visited various Brazilian steakhouses around DFW, I can confidently say that Brasão offers the highest quality meats in town. From succulent cuts of beef to perfectly seasoned lamb, every bite is a carnivorous delight. The ambiance is inviting, the service impeccable, and the experience unforgettable. A must-visit for any meat lover!

The service here is amazing! They were so attentive and whenever we specifically asked for an item they would bring it out as soon as possible. Some of the items were a little bit on the dry side compared to other places that I've been but I do love their quality and flavor more than fogo de chao. My go to is Chama Gaucha. If I didn't feel like driving all the way over there, I'd come back to this place! Oh and the restaurant is quite huge!! Super spacious. We didn't have to wait long for a table which is a plus in my book

Our favorite Brazilian Bbq place. Service is always good. The meats were all good. We get medium rare temperature , and the meat was very good, Juicy and tender. Selection was pretty good. They have pork ribs, fillet mignon with bacon, chicken , shrimp etc. Our favorite always is the Picanha , lamb chops and grilled pineapple. They also have beef with cheese. That was also so yummy. Salad bar and cold dishes were okay. They had 3 kinds of salads and a few other cold dishes. Cheeses and appetizers are good. Our friends celebrated their 36 year wedding anniversary, so we treated them for dinner. The wait staff really made their evening special. Thank you. We will definitely be back again.
